Dolly Freed's Possum Living.  I wish I had this book when she first wrote it.  It would have saved a 16 year old boy a lifetime of grief.  There are certain unwritten rules to a society.  I probably wouldn't have have the courage to go the way I wanted to, but I might have done, if I realized I weren't going it alone.
