Bait and Switch!!!

THIS seems straightforward if a trifle generous...

Only when my order arrived, it is only the circular knife for said opener.

Customer Service was not only un-sympathetic, they as much as said I was stupid.

I know that a restaurant can-opener for $6.25 was a bit too good to be true, But after a several months long search for an electric can opener that has a wheeled blade instead of that "power pierce" fang, I guess I thought I was entitled to the miracle.

I wish I had lots of readers to give them hell for this....
