building the clubhouse

I'm using Joe Chipman's Bunkhouse/Hermit plans with modifications to make it look like a gentleman's clubroom inside. Transportable to the eventual final destination area. Rustic outside, Inside: Velvet draperies, a posh fireplace with a badass mantle.

As big as it needs to be, no bigger!
